NZMS Top 10 annual rankings are compiled from results of NZMS meets, records broken at non-NZMS meets, and swimmers competing in overseas masters meets.
NZMS annual rankings are forwarded to FINA for inclusion in the FINA World Masters rankings. Note that 20-24 age group and records/results from ‘masters games’ type events or Swimming NZ meets are not eligible for inclusion in FINA rankings.
The Top Club is determined from total points by club across NZMS meets for the year.
